Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the studio traffic system, managing intake, prioritization, and scheduling of all creative briefs
• Maintain an up-to-date overview of active projects, deadlines, and resource allocation
• Produce design work across social content, campaign assets, event branding, and digital formats
• Review and quality-check all creative output to ensure it is on-brief and on-brand
• Manage freelance and supplier relationships to flex studio capacity
• Track jobs from brief to final delivery and manage the review/approval process
• Coordinate with account and marketing teams to ensure accurate scoping and timelines
• Support the Art Director and coordinate junior creative team members

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a design or studio management role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proven experience managing studio traffic and creative project delivery in an agency environment
• Experience overseeing artwork preparation for print, digital, and large-format production
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with or managing freelance designers and external suppliers
• Strong interest in the sports and entertainment industry
• Experience in a sport, events, or entertainment marketing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or Asana
• Motion graphics or video editing capability (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience working with government entities or major event organizers in the GCC region
• Understanding of the UAE and wider Middle East market and cultural sensitivities
