Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process from project initiation through to final handover, ensuring alignment with client vision and budgetary feasibility.
• Manage and mentor a team of senior and junior designers, providing guidance on technical issues, space planning, and presentations.
• Lead the production team by reviewing the work of visualizers and drafters to ensure accuracy, speed, and high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and FF&E align with project goals and budgets.
• Manage project resources and schedules using Zoho Projects to ensure all deadlines and milestones are met.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients to resolve problems and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and refine internal SOPs to improve efficiency in project delivery and resource management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience as a Design Manager or Senior Interior Designer.
• Expertise in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage large teams.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required by business needs.
