Design Manager - Architect

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend the latest trends and advancements in design and architecture
• Identify and engage globally reputed design consultants and architects
• Review design briefs in collaboration with Project Manager and Business Development teams
• Collaborate with external consultants to align designs with project objectives
• Analyze designs for financial feasibility, regulatory compliance, and ease of execution
• Standardize design processes across all projects
• Develop and manage architectural budgets for each project
• Demonstrate expertise in FAR calculations and city-specific byelaws
• Oversee the design and construction of office fit-outs
• Manage contracts, certify bills, and ensure timely payments to vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution
• 5-7 years of experience in architectural design with high-rise residential expertise
• Proven track record of managing architectural firms and consultants
• Familiarity with city-specific building regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, CorelDRAW, and MS Office
• Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills
