Design Manager (Architect)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design team throughout all stages of design development
• Coordinate and review architectural designs to ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations
• Develop and implement design strategies to optimize project outcomes and quality
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions
• Monitor design progress and quality while providing guidance and support to team members
• Manage design schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
• Conduct design reviews, approve drawings, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, including significant experience in design management roles
• Proficiency in architectural design software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations
