Design Management Architect

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Development Management and Controls teams during project preparation, scheduling, and specs acquisition.
• Manage outsourced consultants and architects to develop innovative architectural concepts and designs.
• Prepare initial action plans, outline design schedules, and technical analysis reports.
• Develop design management documents including RFPs, Terms of Reference (TOR), and area breakdown schedules.
• Monitor design progress through periodical reports and attend progress meetings with consultants and suppliers.
• Review design documents received from consultants using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Maintain comprehensive design plan documentation, including finish schedules, specifications, and project templates.
• Mentor and guide junior architects to support their professional development and integration into the company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in design software, specifically AutoCAD and BIM (Revit).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office365 applications.
• Excellent presentation skills and a good command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems.
• Exposure to ERP implementation processes.
