Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and conceptual development across digital, social, e-commerce, and performance channels
• Own the full creative lifecycle including ideation, design direction, and quality assurance
• Drive creative ideation and adaptation across multiple concurrent campaigns
• Lead the pitch and presentation of creative concepts to clients
• Collaborate with strategy, production, and client services teams
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level creative team members
• Integrate Gen AI tools into creative workflows and set team standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Design Lead in a relevant industry
• Advanced art direction skills with a digital-first portfolio
• Proven experience creating work for beauty, personal care, or FMCG brands
• Strong typographic skills and understanding of UX, UI, and responsive design
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Experience managing creative adaptation across diverse brand guidelines
• Ability to lead and inspire creative teams while remaining hands-on
• Experience integrating Gen AI tools into creative workflows
