Conveo is an AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high-quality consumer and B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a scalable design system across Figma, decks, and web including components, templates, and tokens
• Shape brand strategy alongside the Creative Director and founders
• Ship a wide variety of assets including sales decks, investor decks, ad creative, and social images
• Produce data visualizations, infographics, and product mockups
• Create templates and AI workflows to allow team members to self-serve
• Scope, prioritize, and route design requests across internal resources and agencies
• Manage feedback loops, deadlines, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience with strong B2B/SaaS exposure
• Proven track record of building scalable design systems and templates
• Excellent presentation design skills for sales and investor decks
• Experience working at a Series A/B startup scaling design from scratch
• Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate design workflows
• Experience bringing product interfaces to life in marketing materials
• Strong collaborative skills with founders and GTM partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a product-led company
• Ability to bring structure and rigor to fast-paced creative environments
