About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the design course regarding scope, quality, time, and budget
- Define design requirements, structure design processes, and oversee contractual aspects
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate with stakeholders on technical and organizational levels
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
- Drive design processes for infrastructure and hydraulic engineering projects from planning to execution
Requirements
- Completed HBO/WO degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a design lead role
- Proven experience leading project teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain oversight
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English
