Responsibilities

• Assist designers with sample management and fabric library maintenance
• Organize samples, fabrics, and trim approvals into the sample archive
• Support the garment tech department by prepping for fit sessions, including steaming and measuring samples
• Contribute to fabric, color, and shape analysis through industry research and comparison shopping
• Produce mood boards based on briefed concepts, including patterns and graphic designs
• Handle general administration and organization for the design department

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in a fashion-related field
• Basic knowledge of garment construction
• Basic experience with the design process, mood boards, and design CADing
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to commute to Redditch (B98) on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Preferred Qualifications

• A keen interest in fashion and activewear across womenswear and menswear
• Possession of a driving license and own car
