About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end synthesis for complex blocks and drive QoR closure independently
- Manage the full process from RTL to final netlist
- Drive timing, congestion, area, and power optimization
- Define synthesis strategies and debug complex technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the improvement of automation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience (or 1+ year with a Master's degree)
- Proven expertise in Synthesis, QoR, and SDC
- Proficiency in Tcl and Python scripting
