Design Expert, Sales

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas by delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge
• Conduct in-store and virtual client consultations to guide furniture selections and design choices
• Own the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to purchase execution
• Create spatial plans, floor plans, and design mood boards to ensure proper fit and aesthetic cohesion
• Maintain proactive communication with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Act as a brand ambassador to cultivate a strong community presence in San Francisco

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design
• Experience in the interior design or home furnishings industry
• Ability to create professional mood boards and floor plans
• Proficiency in Canva and Google Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing and maneuvering in a studio
• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 2D and 3D design software
• Previous experience using CRM platforms
