Design Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the experience strategy and design vision across web and app platforms.
• Own the end-to-end experience lifecycle, from discovery and problem framing to testing and optimization.
• Design AI-enabled and data-driven experiences, including personalization and conversational interfaces.
• Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to validate design outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and advocate for accessibility and usability standards.
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion, engagement, and revenue to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Experience Design (UX/UI/Product Design) within high-scale ecosystems.
• Proven track record of delivering complex transactional or service-based digital journeys.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from discovery through launch.
• Demonstrated experience designing data-driven or AI-enabled digital experiences.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within ecommerce, travel, loyalty, or fintech industries.
• Experience working with high-conversion digital platforms.
