Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and support in product design within the Product Engineering R&D team.
• Support production teams regarding product design-related quality issues.
• Assist the tool shop with tool maintenance and lead initiatives to improve tool OEE and lifetime.
• Support customer projects and customization requests by providing technical solutions and drawings.
• Drive ECN changes and update design-related instructions and processes.
• Participate in the development and improvement of departmental systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 0-3 years of work experience in a relevant industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Analytical and proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Inventor or Catia.
• Previous project experience in a relevant engineering environment.
