Responsibilities

• Act as the "Polish Czar" to add the last-mile details that make the product a unified, beautiful experience
• Own the design system and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams in Figma and code
• Concept and implement moments of delight across the web and product experience
• Maintain and constantly improve the design system to ensure scalability and ease of maintenance
• Drive and increase the level of craft across the entire Rogo product

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering skills with a strong eye for design
• Proficiency in React and NextJS
• Experience with design/animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP
• Expertise in building browser-native, robust, DOM-compliant, and accessible React components
• Proficiency in Figma, specifically creating code-compatible design systems
• A portfolio showcasing web/engineering projects that demonstrate high craft and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• iOS development experience
• Located in NYC or able to relocate to NYC
