Responsibilities
- Create engineering drawings and perform design engineering tasks
- Utilize SolidWorks software for mechanical engineering and product design projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of design projects
- Read, draw, and verify P&IDs, PFDs, Layouts, and other System Drawings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or diploma degree in mechanical engineering
- 4+ years of relevant experience in designing
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Mandatory experience with Casting, Forging, and Machining categories
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Navisworks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Automotive or Consumer Durables manufacturing
- Familiarity with Automotive/Consumer industry standards
- Experience with process equipment and supporting utility systems
