About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory, Logic, and Analog circuits
- Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions
- Oversee the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing
- Execute verification processes using industry-standard modeling and simulation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups including Product Engineering, Test, Probe, and Process Integration to ensure manufacturability
- Drive innovation for future memory generations within a dynamic work environment
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- Completion of Analog or mixed-signal coursework
- Experience with IC modeling and simulation using SPICE and Verilog
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in a semiconductor environment
- PhD completion within 6 months
- Proficiency with UNIX and the Cadence design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
