Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory, Logic, and Analog circuits
• Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions
• Oversee the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing
• Execute verification processes using industry-standard modeling and simulation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups including Product Engineering, Test, Probe, and Process Integration to ensure manufacturability
• Drive innovation for future memory generations within a dynamic work environment

Requirements

• Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• Completion of Analog or mixed-signal coursework
• Experience with IC modeling and simulation using SPICE and Verilog

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in a semiconductor environment
• PhD completion within 6 months
• Proficiency with UNIX and the Cadence design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
