Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the design system and establish a coherent design language
• Lead frontend implementation and set direction on the frontend
• Review implementation against design intent and write production code
• Talk to and advocate for users to understand their workflows
• Solve data-dense UI problems and build interfaces for complex medical data
• Make hard layout and performance tradeoffs

Requirements

• Strong design instincts with defensible Figma work
• Proficiency in React, including component architecture and state management
• Pragmatic approach to balancing craft and speed
• High ownership and low ego mindset
