Design Engineer Internship

Responsibilities

• Participate in development projects for Volvo CE construction machinery
• Modify and adapt existing machine solutions in accordance with current standards
• Create 3D design documentation and 2D technical drawings
• Collaborate with other design engineers in Wrocław and international teams

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Power Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Creo or Catia v5 software
• Strong understanding of technical drawing
• Basic knowledge of designing welded, bolted, or bent elements, or hydraulic/pneumatic/cooling installations
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Availability for 20+ hours per week (3-5 days)
• Proactive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and strong teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in building machines or mechanical devices
