Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze technical inputs and customer requirements to develop design concepts
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Creo 9
• Conduct engineering calculations, theoretical validations, and simulations to ensure design reliability
• Perform mechanism design, structural analysis, and tolerance analysis based on GD&T principles
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design manufacturability and adherence to tolerances
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow internal engineering release processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering or product development within the heavy engineering sector
• Proficiency in Creo 9 CAD software
• Familiarity with Teamcenter PLM tools
• Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and tolerance analysis
• Solid understanding of hydraulics, material science, and structural design
