Responsibilities

• Build production-quality UI components and interactions that delight users
• Rapidly prototype new concepts and features to validate ideas before full implementation
• Bridge the gap between design and engineering by translating designs into code
• Own the quality of UI implementation across the product, ensuring pixel-perfect execution
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to define product boundaries
• Contribute to design systems and component libraries to enable faster shipping

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and code editors
• Strong front-end engineering skills including TypeScript, React, SolidJS, CSS, and animations
• Strong eye for design details and craft
• Proven track record of shipping polished products
• Ability to prototype ideas rapidly
• Systems thinking approach to building reusable UI components
• Interest in AI and new interaction paradigms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building developer tools or technical products
• Background in design or formal design training
• Experience with Electron, native UI frameworks, or cross-platform apps
• Understanding of code editors, IDEs, or programming environments
