Responsibilities

• Own the design system across Figma and code (React, Tailwind)
• Ship pixel‑perfect interfaces with CSS
• Take ideas from rough sketches to production-ready by partnering with design and engineering
• Raise the bar on front‑end architecture and best practices
• Define new interaction patterns for AI‑driven tools

Requirements

• Experience as a Design Engineer, frontend engineer with design skills, or designer with engineering skills
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Strong grasp of modern frontend architecture and state management
• Strong visual and interaction instincts regarding detail and motion
• Ability to prototype quickly in Figma, code, or AI tools
• Hands-on experience with CSS animation and layout techniques
• Strong portfolio of high-quality front-end work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• GSAP
• R3F, Three.js, or WebGL
• Infrastructure knowledge
