Ando is a messaging platform where AI agents can take on work alongside humans—and help teams work better together. We’re rebuilding Slack from the ground up around two core ideas: durable memory and agents as first-class participants.

Responsibilities

• Develop interfaces that our team and our users touch every single hour
• Observe users and their behavior, and ship experimental interfaces that attempt to address their unspoken needs
• Iterate quickly and gracefully ditch failed interface experiments
• Craft strong, thoughtful prompts that shape our interfaces and our human users' interactions with agents
• Raise the bar for both engineering and design craft, help with recruiting, and hold the line on quality
