Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform complete engineering studies for projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, deadlines, and manufacturing costs
• Create manufacturing files and client deliverables, including 3D modeling, technical drawings, parts lists, manuals, and calculation notes
• Manage project timelines, study hours, and overall costs
• Provide technical support to the production workshop to ensure correct implementation of plans
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, purchasing, and after-sales service
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design office tools and configurators

Requirements

• Bac+3 degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (e.g., Licence MCPI, BTS CPI)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction, boiler making, and isometry
• Proficiency in CAD/DAO software and experience using ERP systems
• Knowledge of pressure equipment and production methods
• Fluency in French and proficiency in technical English
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or internships in cryogenics
• Familiarity with design standards and codes such as ASME, DESP, SELO, or KHK
