Design Draftsman - Facade

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications for façade systems using CAD software
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional façade solutions
• Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with design intentions
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design considerations and technical details
• Make adjustments to designs based on feedback from project stakeholders
• Maintain a library of detailed drawings and documentation for future reference
• Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in façade design and drafting

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting
• Experience in façade design preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and façade systems
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas clearly
• Creative problem-solving skills
