Design Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design delivery across structural, MEP, civil, facade, lab, and UF6 piping and instrumentation disciplines
• Establish design governance frameworks and manage design reviews and deliverable schedules
• Ensure integrated construction packages (IFP/IFC) are delivered on time and to specification
• Develop early-release package strategies to accelerate construction and de-risk critical path activities
• Manage augment engineering firm relationships, scope, and performance metrics
• Implement automated workflows using APIs to streamline engineering coordination and standardize deliverables

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale industrial capital projects
• Proven ability to drive multidisciplinary design delivery and cross-functional execution
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to identify hard barriers and drive teams to high-quality, rapid execution
• Self-motivated and disciplined in demanding, fast-paced environments
