About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing assets for Dive In! programming, including Homecoming, Family Weekend, and Orientation events.
- Produce a consistent design concept across various print and digital media such as flyers, lawn signs, stickers, banners, and t-shirts.
- Create digital content including Instagram posts, reels, and revolving digital signage.
- Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to produce short-form social media video content.
- Initiate a review process with stakeholders to receive feedback and make necessary design adjustments.
- Gather audience feedback and produce summaries of work performed.
Requirements
- Available to work approximately 7-10 hours per week.
- Must return to campus by Monday, August 17.
- Ability to attend all scheduled meetings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skills in photography and video capture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to network and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of details and tasks.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects, and Lightroom.
- Ability to listen, take instruction, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
