Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration between design and construction teams to optimize project outcomes
• Manage and coordinate the design process for complex, large-scale commercial projects
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications across all CSI divisions
• Conduct cross-discipline drawing coordination and design quality reviews
• Assess design document status by phase (SD, DD, CD) and communicate expectations
• Identify, track, and address challenges during design and construction phases
• Contribute constructability and technical expertise to design evolution
• Understand risks and roles associated with various project delivery methods
• Interpret contract documents and agreements
• Coach and mentor junior associates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related design/construction field
• Experience managing complex, large-scale commercial projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the A/E industry or related fields
• Active Architecture license
• Experience in aviation projects
• Familiarity with contract documents and project delivery methods
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
