Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Establish design documents based on Client and Tenant feedback and requirements
• Establish project budgets and master schedules based on market studies and consultant details
• Track design progress within the established framework of the Overall Project Master schedule
• Conduct design reviews with consultants to enable Value Engineering exercises
• Review BoQs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with Lease/Tenant guidelines
• Manage support functions for tracking and reporting procurement events, material approvals, and shop drawings
• Prepare and track Drawing Release Schedules and GFC Drawing Logs
• Liaison with Client and Tenant teams regarding design requirements

Requirements

• Architect or Masters from NICMAR / SPA
