Responsibilities

• Assist customers through their selection and purchase by defining their needs and matching them to product combinations
• Drive and suggest in-store and in-home consultations
• Provide individualized design solutions, including creating floor plans for customers to close sales
• Maintain company standards regarding personal and store sales and performance metrics
• Track orders through to completion
• Establish rapport and obtain customer appointments for consultations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commission-based retail sales environment
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Creative flair or instinct to support sales objectives
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
• Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
