Design Build Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development including scope review, scheduling, and cost development
• Manage design teams to ensure timely submittals and constructability standards
• Oversee construction execution and phasing consistent with approved design
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and risk registers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, DOTs, and design partners
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, permits, and applicable codes

Requirements

• 10 years of related work experience in alternative delivery projects
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects ($100M+)
• Knowledge of design development and construction means and methods
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or P-6
• Experience with construction estimating and HCSS
• On-site and field experience on civil projects
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• DBIA Certification
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
• Strong relationships with state DOTs
