Design and Verification Engineer, Pathfinding

Responsibilities

• Perform full-chip functional verification on Micron memory development projects
• Develop comprehensive verification plans by understanding composition specifications
• Build SystemVerilog testbenches to achieve complete functional coverage
• Apply SystemVerilog assertions and advanced verification techniques
• Collaborate with digital design teams to debug test cases and ensure functional accuracy
• Contribute to mixed-signal circuit design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Proficiency with UNIX and Cadence design environments, including simulation, schematic entry, and SPF extraction
• Experience with circuit-level verification using analog, SPICE, and Verilog design tools
• Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and electronic circuits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design-for-test (DFT) methodologies for memory products
• Exposure to RTL verification, static timing analysis (STA), or timing-accurate Verilog
