Design and FA Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer-reported failures from a design perspective
• Deliver detailed root cause analysis reports to product development and FA teams
• Propose screening and stress enhancements based on failure analysis insights
• Recommend DFT improvements to optimize future product testability
• Participate in logic and analog design verification tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in logic, analog, or memory IC design
• Proficiency in Verilog and Verdi for logic verification
• Experience with Hspice or Finesim for analog verification
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
