About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist management and design coordination in the integration tasks of real estate executive projects
- Coordinate design deliveries and other disciplines, verifying compliance with client requirements
- Review and validate consultant deliverables during the design stage
- Assist in the coordination and follow-up during the CA process of consultant responses to design submittals
- Support the coordination of necessary licensing projects for delivery to the management area
- Prepare design meeting minutes and all necessary project reports
- Prepare and deliver construction transmittals containing sufficient information for the design stage
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong design coordination skills
- Experience reviewing consultant deliverables
