Design Advocate - Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-house AEC practitioner voice to bridge the gap between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Embed in product discovery to pressure-test ideas against real-world workflows and advocate for customer needs
• Translate product updates and launches into actionable GTM enablement materials and technical messaging
• Act as a technical resource for Sales by supporting strategic customer conversations and complex demos
• Partner with Customer Success to field advanced workflow questions and route feedback to Engineering
• Represent Pirros externally through industry events, webinars, and professional associations

Requirements

• Practiced architecture at a respected firm with experience delivering projects under real deadlines
• Deep familiarity with Revit workflows, content standards, and BIM coordination
• Strong understanding of AEC firm operations, including project delivery, profitability, and interdisciplinary coordination
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead webinars, write technical content, and present to executives
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work cross-functionally across different departments

Preferred Qualifications

• AIA licensure
• Experience managing BIM standards, content standards, or detail libraries at a mid-to-large firm
• Existing industry presence through speaking engagements or thought leadership
• Prior experience working closely with a software company
