Responsibilities

• Develop commercial relationships with medium, large, and extra-large traditional channel clients to drive volume, profitability, and market leadership.
• Identify business opportunities through the analysis of sales indicators, execution, and market share.
• Negotiate the activation of "success photos," product coverage, loyalty programs, and category development.
• Ensure portfolio expansion, category management, and implementation of display standards at points of sale.
• Supervise promoters and activators to ensure compliance with business indicators, work orders, and sales objectives.
• Manage assigned resources, including credits, budgets, and customer catalogs, while controlling credit risk.
• Provide advisory services to clients regarding business administration, inventory management, and sales data analysis.
• Train and develop the promoter team through continuous feedback and best practice implementation.

Requirements

• Completed professional degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or Sales Promoter.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Advanced knowledge of Market Development, Market Execution, and Route-to-Market (RTM) models.
• Advanced sales techniques.
• Availability to cover an eventual/temporary vacancy in Cd Delicias, Chihuahua.
