Dermatology Advanced Care Provider (NP/PA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with early detection full body skin exams using Vectra 3D imaging
• Liaise with dermatologists to provide coordinated care for lesions requiring biopsy or surgery
• Perform shave and punch biopsies and minor medical dermatologic procedures
• Diagnose and manage common dermatologic conditions like acne and eczema
• Document clinical findings in DermaGraphix and Athena EMR
• Review and triage member messages and pathology/laboratory reports
• Participate in dermatology research initiatives using Vectra 3D technology
• Coordinate with primary care clinicians to deliver integrated care

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of NY
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in medical dermatology
• Technology proficiency and ability to troubleshoot systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team-based care
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in punch biopsy and minor medical dermatology procedures
• Dermoscopy experience or willingness to learn
