Derivatives Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote and operate derivative products to meet regional revenue objectives
• Advise internal and external clients on hedging strategies and portfolios
• Quote, execute, and monitor agreed operations, including confirmations and margin calls
• Train the sales force and support the implementation of commercial plans and campaigns
• Manage derivative line procedures and present operations to credit committees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the promotion, operation, or structuring of derivative products and hedging strategies
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, structured notes, and derivative lines
• Understanding of margin calls and credit committee processes
• Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
