Derivatives Sales Trader

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales of customized OTC derivatives risk-management solutions through client visits, seminars, and calls
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to provide tailored advice and market strategies
• Oversee and execute client orders with precision, ensuring best execution across equity and derivative products
• Advise clients on liquidity conditions, execution strategies, pricing dynamics, and market impact
• Adhere to internal risk controls, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and onboard new institutional clients to enhance market positioning and wallet share
• Source, negotiate, and execute block trades to meet client requirements

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in OTC derivatives sales or risk management solutions
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Omnesys, and algorithmic execution tools
• Strong understanding of block sourcing and algorithmic trading workflows
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or MBA with exposure to capital markets or finance
