About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and documentation support on derivatives and financial markets matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on ISDA documentation and related trading documents
- Support negotiations on collateral, margin, netting, and regulatory provisions
- Partner with legal, trading, credit, risk, compliance, operations, treasury, and front office teams
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer or experienced ISDA negotiator
- Strong derivatives, financial markets, or structured products experience
- Experience with ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, CSAs, CSDs, and confirmations
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial judgment and analytical ability in fast-paced environments
