About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead several initiatives for the Treasury's derivatives trading desk and back office
- Implement new product types and multicurrency trading
- Enhance market and credit risk processes
- Automate back office and trading processes
- Work closely with trading desks, back office users, and developers
- Perform as a team leader when necessary
Requirements
- 7+ years of business experience in the Derivatives field
- Proven business analysis and project leadership/management experience
- Deep knowledge of a wide array of derivative products, valuations, and risk simulations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Misys' Summit FT
