About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the leadership of employees in a workshop equipped with modern technology
- Ensure smooth daily operations to achieve successful workshop results
- Act as a trusted contact person for customers regarding workshop matters
- Assist the team with daily tasks such as repair intake and sales of premium technical products
- Mentor and train apprentices through to their graduation
Requirements
- Completed Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification in agricultural machinery mechatronics preferred
- Previous experience in workshop leadership is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Understanding of economic contexts
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong customer orientation and a hands-on mentality
