Deputy Workshop Manager Agricultural Technology/Agricultural Machinery Mechatronics Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the workshop manager in leading employees and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Repair and maintain agricultural vehicles, machines, systems, and equipment
• Perform fault and malfunction diagnostics and resolve errors
• Professionally operate agricultural technology vehicles and systems
• Upgrade agricultural machinery with accessories and additional equipment

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, automotive, or a comparable technical trade
• Ideally a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification in agricultural machinery mechatronics
• Knowledge of tractors and other agricultural machinery
• Driving license class B or ideally class CE
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Committed, independent, and diligent way of working
