Deputy Ward Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide deputy leadership and organizational management for the nursing team
• Assist in personnel planning, including duty and vacation schedules
• Promote staff development through targeted training and educational measures
• Collaborate across departments and lead projects in the absence of the ward manager
• Support the team directly in active patient care

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin / Pflegefachkraft)
• Initial experience in team leadership or completed training for ward management
• Or an academic degree in a relevant field
• Highly organized with an independent and responsible working style
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
