Deputy Vice President

Responsibilities

• Proactively originate transactions across the product suite, including Working Capital, Term Loans, NCDs, CCDs, and Unlisted Equity.
• Develop and execute targeted origination strategies to build a robust pipeline within the SME, MSME, and large corporate segments.
• Lead the structuring and negotiation of term sheets, aligning terms with client needs and internal risk parameters.
• Own the negotiation and closure of commercial documentation, including engagement and fee letters.
• Act as the primary liaison with internal Credit and Risk teams to facilitate due diligence and advocate for transactions.
• Manage the entire execution timeline by coordinating with external legal advisors, lenders, and institutional investors.
• Structure bespoke financial solutions by blending different products from the Yubi suite to meet specific client needs.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or private credit/debt funds.
• Proven track record in originating and closing transactions within the Indian SME and MSME segments.
• Hands-on experience with the documentation and negotiation of term sheets and commercial agreements.
• Demonstrable experience in NCD and private debt deals, including understanding of credit processes and ratings.
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and credit fundamentals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external advisors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CA, or CFA qualification.
