Deputy Technical Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for smooth plant operation including loading, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring product quality through laboratory supervision and process analysis
• Controlling and optimizing technical plant processes and supporting new equipment commissioning
• Leading or participating in investment, optimization, and maintenance projects
• Reporting to plant management and executive board including budget planning and cost control
• Responsibility for compliance and development of safety, environmental, and quality standards (HSE/ISO)
• Coordination of maintenance work, external service providers, and third-party companies
• Supervision of logistical processes including loading/unloading and coordination with purchasing and sales
• Leadership of employees including work organization, instruction, shift planning, and development talks

Requirements

• Completed technical training (HTL, TGM, or degree) and several years of professional experience in a technical environment
• Initial leadership experience and experience in organizing shift operations
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills
• High flexibility, resilience, and an independent, proactive way of working
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Forklift license and Class B driver's license
