Responsibilities
- Conduct morning meetings and provide day-to-day support to Property Managers
- Provide guidance on the implementation of new legislation
- Investigate customer complaints and propose appropriate responses
- Coordinate and provide training to the team
- Support audits of property management departments
- Monitor team workflows, gas safety processes, and churn reports
- Identify opportunities to enhance service levels for internal and external customers
- Manage department workload and ensure adequate cover during holidays
- Enforce strategic objectives and support the Regional Property Manager
Requirements
- Proven history working within the Property Industry
- Experience leading a small team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
