About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Structures Lead in managing the design production of bridges, viaducts, and port/marine structures.
- Manage project delivery in terms of technical quality, schedule, budget, and contract aspects.
- Prepare or review structural analysis and detailed designs for various civil structures.
- Identify creative and innovative engineering solutions based on client and site constraints.
- Prepare technical and commercial design offers (bids) for the Transportation Business Line.
- Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support recruitment, training, and competency development for Structural Engineers and BIM Technicians.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff and support operational team management.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in design activities related to bridge or port/marine structures.
- Proven experience in handling, leading, and checking structural designs (concrete or steel).
- Strong project management experience.
- Proficiency in structural modelling software such as Sofistik, SCIA, or Midas.
- Deep knowledge of international codes including Eurocodes, ACI, and AASHTO.
- Experience working in BIM projects.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) and experience in a multi-cultural environment.

- Ability to work under pressure with a strong analytical and synthesis spirit.
- Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
