Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the Store Manager in daily operations
• Act as a brand ambassador for our premium lifestyle brand
• Motivate the team and support the development of new employees through onboarding
• Ensure excellence in customer service and build relationships with new and regular customers
• Oversee store operational tasks, including efficient stock management and floor control
• Utilize omni-channel systems to support retail excellence
• Collaborate with departments such as Retail Operations, Buying, and Visual Merchandising

Requirements

• Proven experience in textile retail
• A motivating, confident, and proactive personality
• High level of social competence and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational talent and a hands-on mentality
• Analytical understanding of KPIs to drive sales performance
• Strong sales affinity and customer focus
• Proficiency in English and basic PC skills
