Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a co-captain to ensure smooth shop operations and maintain an overview of daily activities
• Represent the Store Manager and support them in overall shop organization
• Process betting transactions accurately using the cash register system
• Stay updated on current sporting events to provide relevant information to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by answering technical questions and acting as a professional host
• Maintain a clean and well-presented shop environment

Requirements

• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for solving customer inquiries
• Fluent German language skills for effective communication with our clientele
• Highly responsible and capable of leading the shop independently when necessary
• Flexible availability for shift work, including weekends
• Strong communication and assertive skills to maintain order in busy situations
• Must be of legal age and able to provide a clean criminal record
• Experience in retail or gastronomy is a plus, but career changers are welcome
