Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for the JYSK store alongside the Store Manager
• Support the development of the store team on the sales floor in accordance with JYSK values
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs) and motivate the team to achieve great results
• Implement and maintain store concepts and routines
• Act as a role model by taking responsibility for sales and routine store tasks, including physical work

Requirements

• Inspiring and communicative personality capable of creating a positive work environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve the best possible results
• Ability to remain focused and motivate the team even in stressful situations
• Passion for sales and competence in customer advisory
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (with a compensatory day off during the week)
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
